About Tendring CYPSP |
Children and Young People's Strategic Partnerships (CYPSPs) are multi-agency partnerships involving organisations with a responsibility and/or interest in the way that services are commissioned or provided for children and young people aged 0-19.
Under the Government's ‘Change for Children' agenda, the CYPSP network will provide the framework and mechanism to address the combined requirements of Every Child Matters , the DfES Five Year Strategy for Children and Learners , and the Department of Health National Service Framework for Children , Young People and Maternity Services.
The Children and Young People's Strategic Partnership is now moving towards developing a Children's Trust approach for the local delivery and commissioning of services for children and young people. This will be supported by the introduction of the new Locality Commissioning Manager posts, which will be recruited into the 6 most deprived districts of Essex (including Tendring) early in 2006. |
